Lahore: Police have obtained photographs of alleged suspects in a case involving the alleged gang rape of a foreign woman in the Defence area of Lahore,a police spokesperson said on Sunday. According to police,the photographs show the alleged suspects standing outside a market in Defence.
A white vehicle allegedly used to transport the woman has also been identified. Police said the vehicle allegedly used in the incident belonged to one of the suspects,identified as Tanveer and had been taken into police custody. According to the police spokesperson,three suspects have so far been detained in connection with the case. They were taken into custody from Bahria Town and Defence areas. Police sources said the three detained individuals are related to one another adding that further investigation into the case was underway.
