SIMAP, HBL discuss support for surgical industry


Sialkot: Chairman Surgical Instruments Manufacturers Association of Pakistan (SIMAP) Zeshan Tariq, along with senior executive members of the association, held a meeting with a delegation from HBL to discuss matters of mutual interest and potential benefits for Pakistan’s surgical industry.



During the meeting, the HBL delegation introduced a new financing initiative offering a Rs. 10 million loan facility without collateral requirements. The initiative was discussed in detail by the SIMAP leadership, with particular focus on its potential to support manufacturers and businesses in the surgical sector.



Following the discussion, it was agreed that an informative seminar would be organized for SIMAP members to provide detailed guidance on the loan facility, eligibility criteria and application process.



The meeting highlighted the importance of stronger collaboration between SIMAP and the banking sector to facilitate financial access and support the growth and development of the surgical industry.
