Rawalpindi: Superintendent of Police SP Security Asghar Ali Goraya held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters and listened to the complaints of citizens, directing the concerned officers to take legal action for their resolution.
The SP directed the officers concerned to ensure legal action on the marked applications within the given timeframe. He said no negligence would be tolerated in resolving public complaints promptly.
He further directed the officers to ensure the provision of efficient services to citizens at police stations at all times.
SP Asghar Ali Goraya said, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister, protection of the lives and property of citizens and provision of facilities to them were among the top priorities, and all necessary measures were being taken in this regard.
