Tahira calls on international community to resolve Kashmir dispute


Rawalpindi: Tahira Aurangze, Member National Assembly (MNA) said that unilateral measures taken on August 5, 2019, severely infringed upon the fundamental human rights of the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), reiterating Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to their right to self-determination.



In a statement issued on Tuesday, to mark Youm-e-Istehsal. Tahira Aurangzeb urged the global community to take effective notice of ongoing human rights violations in IIOJK and play its role in achieving a peaceful and just resolution to the Kashmir dispute.



She reaffirmed that the Pakistani nation stood in complete solidarity with the Kashmiri people, pledging continued moral, political, and diplomatic support for their legitimate struggle.
