BISE Rawalpindi registers unfair means cases against two candidates Secondary

Rawalpindi:Education (BISE) Rawalpindi caught two candidates using illegal means and confiscated a mobile device during ongoing monitoring visits for the Matric Second Annual Examination 2026, registering discipline cases against both individuals.



According to Handout No 1371, a female candidate (Roll No 222608) was caught with a mobile phone at Government Graduate College for Women Chakwal, while a male candidate (Roll No. 205895) was caught cheating at Government Graduate College Attock.



Unfair Means Cases (UMC) were immediately registered and referred to the board’s discipline branch. Meanwhile, Chairman BISE Rawalpindi Prof Dr Iqbal Mahmood, accompanied by Board Secretary Prof Muhammad Fahmeed and Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan, inspected several exam centers across the division, reiterating that real-time monitoring via the board’s Command and Control Center will strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against cheating.
