Muzaffargarh: A ceremony was held at the District Council Muzaffargarh to celebrate the trilateral defence pact among Pakistan. Saudi Arabia and Trkiye.
Assistant Commissioner City Ali Sameer hoisted the flags of the three countries as their national anthems were played. Students presented national songs. tableaus and speeches. while children dressed in traditional attire waved the respective flags.
Speaking on the occasion. Ali Sameer said the pact would strengthen defence cooperation and promote peace. security and stability in the region. He termed the agreement a symbol of mutual trust. unity and Islamic brotherhood and paid tribute to Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for their efforts towards the pact.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Director Social Welfare Azhar Yousaf and other officials. A special prayer was offered for peace. friendship and prosperity of the three countries.
