Islamabad: Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Rashid Mahmood Langrial on Monday appreciated the meritorious services of senior Inland Revenue Service officer Nadeem Hussain Rizvi. IRS (BS-22). on his retirement from government service.
A farewell ceremony was held during the meeting of the Board-in-Council. chaired by Chairman FBR. said a news release.
On the occasion. Rashid Mahmood appreciated the meritorious services rendered by Rizvi during his career and acknowledged his professionalism. dedication and valuable contributions to the tax administration.
The Chairman also presented a memento to the retiring officer as a mark of recognition for his services.
Nadeem Hussain Rizvi was promoted to BS-22 in 2023 and served in a number of key positions during his career. including Chief Commissioner. Corporate Regional Tax Office Lahore; Member (Tax Policy/TPA). and Member (Administration/HR). FBR.
He subsequently served as Director General. Inland Revenue Service Academy (IRSA). Lahore. where he contributed to the professional training and capacity building of officers of the Inland Revenue Service.
The Chairman. members and senior officers of FBR expressed their best wishes to Rizvi for a healthy. peaceful and fulfilling post-retirement life.
