Gujrat: Commissioner Gujranwala Division Muhammad Ali visited the Madina Disposal Station in Gujrat to review the progress of an ongoing drainage improvement project.
According to official sources, the commissioner, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi, inspected the disposal station, reviewed the completed pipeline work and examined the progress of the project.
Managing Director WASA Kashan Hafeez Butt briefed the commissioner on the development work, including the disposal system and pumping station being executed under the Punjab Development Programme to strengthen the city’s drainage system ahead of the monsoon season.
Assistant Commissioner Gujrat Abdul Qadeer Zarkoon and other relevant officers were also present during the visit.
