Kohat: Taking a significant step to protect laborers from the ongoing extreme heat and harsh weather conditions, the district administration of Kohat has established a dedicated shelter for daily-wage workers.
The facility has been set up on Pindi Road, near the Government Postgraduate College. The initiative aims to provide temporary relief and a safe, shaded environment for laborers who wait for work during the day, protecting them from the intense sun and heatstroke risks.
The district administration stated that it will continue to prioritize public welfare initiatives and is dedicated to providing maximum facilities to citizens to ensure their safety and well-being.
