Lahore: The Department has received a response from Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan on the issue of free sale certificates in Medical Devices Framework Agreement.
The Department had sought guidance from Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan on the issue of acceptance of free sale certificates issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
DRAP has clarified in its response that only free sale certificates issued by China’s NMPA and its subsidiaries will be acceptable.
