PA Speaker extends Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) greetings to Muslim Ummah


Lahore: Punjab Assembly (PA) Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan on Tuesday extended heartfelt greetings to the Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).



In his message, the Speaker said the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered an eternal message of peace, justice, compassion, tolerance and respect for humanity.



He said the blessed birth of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH), the Seal of the Prophets and Mercy to the Worlds, was a profound blessing of Allah Almighty for the entire humanity. He said the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) provided timeless guidance for building a society founded on justice, equality, compassion, mutual respect and human dignity.



Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan said Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) is an occasion to reaffirm commitment to the noble teachings and exemplary life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and to promote unity, brotherhood, harmony and a spirit of service to humanity.



He stressed that Pakistan’s peace, progress and stability depended on collective efforts to uphold the values of tolerance, unity, discipline and mutual respect, while fulfilling individual and national responsibilities with honesty and sincerity.



The Speaker prayed that Allah Almighty might enable Muslims to follow the Seerah and Uswah-e-Hasanah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and compassion among them, and bless Pakistan with enduring peace, unity, prosperity and stability. Ameen.
