Islamabad: At least 11 people were injured in a road accident on the M-1 Motorway near Islamabad on Monday, according to Rescue sources quoted by television channels.
Initial reports said a passenger van travelling on the motorway overturned after the driver reportedly lost control of the steering.
Rescue team rushed to the scene and shifted all the injured passengers to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
