Quetta:Various events were organized on Wednesday under the auspices of the Deputy Commissioner Harnai Arshad Hussain Jamali to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army and highlight the spirit of patriotism.
These events were attended by Government officials, teachers, students and individuals from various walks of life.
In this regard, a special event was held at the Girls’ High School, Harnai, to express solidarity, where sweets were distributed among the female students.
The participants paid tribute to the Pakistan Army’s sacrifices and services regarding the country’s defense, affirming that the entire nation stands shoulder-to-shoulder with its brave armed forces for the sake of national defense and security.
Similarly, a special conference was held at the Boys’ High School, Harnai, attended by students, teachers, and representatives of the district administration.
The conference served as a platform to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army and sentiments of national security, unity, and love for the homeland.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Harnai, Mir Arshad Hussain Khan Jamali said the Pakistan Army is always being made unparalleled sacrifices to protect the country’s security, defense, and national sovereignty.
He said the entire Pakistani nation stands with its brave armed forces and holds the sacrifices made for the country’s defense in high esteem.
The DC mentioned that Pakistan Army personnel were performing their duties to protect the beloved homeland even under arduous conditions, the nation could never forget their services and sacrifices. He emphasized the necessity of organizing such events to instill a sense of patriotism, national unity, and responsibility among the younger generation.
The Deputy Commissioner remarked that national unity was the need of the hour for Pakistan’s progress, peace, stability and prosperity and that all segments of society must play a positive role in ensuring the country’s security and stability.
Subsequently, a special conference was held at the DC Complex in Harnai to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army, followed by a flag march that proceeded from the DC Complex through the Bazaar and past the SP office, returning to the DC Complex.
Officials from the district administration and police, government employees and other citizens participated in the flag march. Participants carried national flags and expressed their solidarity with the Pakistan Army.
During the march, sentiments supporting the country’s security, national unity, and the services of the Pakistan Army were passionately expressed.
These events, organized by the Harnai district administration, aimed to foster public solidarity with the Pakistan Army, promote national spirit and patriotism, and educate the younger generation about the sacrifices made for the country’s defense and security.
