Ghous holds open courts in Sillanwali, assures prompt resolution of public issues


Sargodha: Chairman Zakat and Ushr Council Punjab and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Rana Munawar Ghous Khan on Sunday held open court (Khuli Katchehri) at Chak No. 120-SB and the Municipal Committee Office Sillanwali, where he listened to public complaints and assured their prompt resolution.



A large number of residents attended the sessions and apprised the MPA of issues relating to civic amenities and personal grievances. Rana Munawar Ghous Khan issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned departments for redressal of the complaints and reiterated his commitment to resolving public issues on a priority basis.



Speaking on the occasion, he said PML-N governments at the federal and provincial levels were pursuing development projects aimed at public welfare and prosperity.



He said Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was taking various initiatives for the welfare of the people, while multiple development schemes were underway across the province.



Rana Munawar Ghous Khan said the restoration of the Sandal Express train service was a gift of the federal government to the people of Sargodha, Sillanwali, Jhang and Multan.



He said efforts were also being made to develop Sargodha district as a model district, with several projects underway, including road construction and rehabilitation, upgradation of hospitals, establishment of the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Green Bus service, and sewerage and development works in Sillanwali tehsil.



He said these initiatives reflected the government’s commitment to public service and socio-economic development.



PML-N Tehsil President Rana Nadeem Ahmad and Tehsil Youth Coordinator Rana Kaleem were also present on the occasion.
