Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday confirmed the pre-arrest bail of PTI leader Seemabia Tahir in a case registered against her under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro heard the petition. Seemabia Tahir appeared before the court along with her counsel Malik Faisal.
The court, while confirming her pre-arrest bail, directed Seemabia Tahir to join the investigation being conducted by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
The trial court had earlier rejected her bail application due to her non-appearance.
