Quetta: District Administration Lasbela on Tuesday started implementing the orders of Home Secretary Balochistan Hamza Shafqat, in view of the law and order situation and security SOPs.
According to details, in this regard, instructions have been issued to the District Police for strict implementation of the Tenancy Act of Residential Houses across the district.
The District Police Lasbela has said that all owners of residential and commercial houses, shops and landlords should immediately register the details of their tenants and farmers online at the Uthal Police Station; otherwise, strict action would be taken according to the law.
The police said that in this regard, the public has been informed through print, electronic and social media in the announcement issued by the District Administration, and notices have been issued. Owners and landlords should register their tenants and farmers working on agricultural lands.
The process of online registration of tenants and farmers’ details at the Uthal Police Station continues 24 hours a day, so citizens should take advantage of this facility and fulfill their legal responsibility.
Implementation of the Tenancy Act is for the protection of the lives and property of the people and it is extremely important to maintain peace and order.
