Kohistan: The District Youth Office Lower Kohistan, in collaboration with the district administration and the Education Department, on Wednesday organized a ceremony at Government Model Girls High School (GMGHS), Pattan, to observe Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir and express solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
The event brought together officials of the district administration, representatives of the Education Department, teachers, students, youth, and members of the local community, who reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people’s internationally recognised right to self-determination.
Addressing the gathering, speakers paid tribute to the courage, resilience, and sacrifices of the people of IIOJK, emphasizing that Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir served as a reminder of their continued struggle and Pakistan’s steadfast diplomatic, political, and moral support for the Kashmir cause.
Students delivered speeches highlighting the historical significance of the day and presented thought-provoking tableau performances depicting the sacrifices, determination, and ongoing struggle of the Kashmiri people.
The performances were widely appreciated by the audience for effectively conveying the message of peace, resilience, national solidarity, and support for the people of Kashmir.
