Lahore: Sattoo Katla police claimed on Sunday to have arrested a man who allegedly harassed university female students and teachers. A video of the accused harassing female students and teachers had gone viral on social media, after which the police took action. Police said the accused identified as Nadeem used to harass female students and teachers outside a university every day. The DIG Operations took notice of the incident and directed the police to arrest the accused immediately, on which the Sattoo Katla police took action, traced the accused and took him into custody. The police have registered a case against the accused and handed him over to the Gender Cell for further investigation. The vehicle used by the accused has also been taken into custody.
