Hyderabad: Elections for the cameramen of Nawabshah Press Club were held under the supervision of Patron-in-Chief Muhammad Ramzan Bhatti, where Dr. Musharraf Bhatti was unanimously elected as President, Qurban Khaskheli as Vice President, Talib Hussain Rind as General Secretary, Owais Qureshi as Joint Secretary, Shaban Khaskheli as Treasurer, and Azam Bhatti as Press Secretary.
President Nawabshah Press Club Muhammad Ismail Domki and other office bearers and journalists congratulated the newly elected cameramen.
Speaking on the occasion, President Muhammad Ismail Domki said that the role of a cameraman in journalism is extremely important. He said that while a reporter conveys facts through words, a cameraman presents those facts visually through the lens of a camera.
He said that cameramen often reach the scene under difficult and sometimes dangerous conditions to capture important visuals, which help in delivering news to the public in more effective, comprehensive, and factual manner.
