Abbottabad: The Abbottabad Bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted bail to three suspects arrested in connection with the murder of four-year-old Ayat Noor in Haripur.
Haripur police arrested the accused, identified as Usman, Qasim, and Talha, during the investigation. Police had also claimed that the suspects had confessed to their involvement in the crime.
A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was constituted to investigate the case and conducted inquiries from different angles.
According to the available details, the investigation team could not find sufficient concrete evidence linking the three arrested suspects to the murder.
Following the proceedings, the Abbottabad Bench granted bail to all three accused.
The case was pleaded on behalf of the accused by Supreme Court lawyer Atif Khan Jadoon, along with his legal team comprising Abdul Wahab, Shayan Khan and Muhammad Sharjeel.
