Rawalpindi: Senior police officers reviewed security arrangements at churches and other important locations in Rawalpindi on the directives of City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira.
SP Potohar, SDPOs, SHOs and other senior officers remained present in the field and monitored security arrangements. Police ensured that worshippers were allowed to enter churches only after complete body searches.
According to a police spokesperson, Rawalpindi Police are taking all necessary measures to ensure foolproof security at churches and other important locations.
The protection of citizens’ lives and property remains the top priority of the police, who are also continuing efforts to prevent crime and ensure public safety.
