Gujrat: A traffic awareness seminar was held at the Service Factory here to educate factory workers about road safety and traffic rules.
According to a police source, DSP Traffic Gujrat Zaheer Ahmed Janjua briefed the workers on the importance of wearing helmets, using side mirrors, displaying number plates and obtaining valid driving licences.
Traffic Education Wing In-charge Inspector Shahbaz and Traffic Coordinator Inspector Imran Akram also highlighted the importance of observing traffic rules and answered questions from the workers.
The factory administration appreciated the efforts of the traffic police in promoting road safety awareness among workers and thanked the officials for organising the seminar.
