Abbottabad: A young man from Hangu was shot dead in a firing incident near Ilyasi Mosque within the jurisdiction of Nawanshehr Police Station in Abbottabad on Tuesday.
Police said the deceased was identified as Shoaib, who died on the spot after being hit by gunfire. His body was shifted to a hospital for medical formalities. Police had launched an investigation into the incident and were collecting evidence to determine the circumstances.
