Lahore: Punjab Minister for Mines and Minerals Sher Ali Gorchani has felicitated the nation on the 80th Independence Day, saying freedom is a great blessing from Allah Almighty and safeguarding its value is the collective responsibility of every citizen.
In his message, the provincial minister said Pakistan was the result of the unparalleled sacrifices, struggle and determination of the nation’s forefathers. He said the sacrifices rendered for the achievement of an independent homeland demanded that the nation valued its freedom and contribute to the country’s development and prosperity.
Sher Ali Gorchani said the 80th Independence Day carried a renewed message of national unity, solidarity and determination. He stressed that the entire nation must work together for Pakistan’s development, prosperity and stability, while every citizen should play a sincere role in the country’s progress.
He said the younger generation was the true guarantee of Pakistan’s bright future and development. Through talent, hard work and positive thinking, the youth could play a vital role in taking the country to new heights of progress and prosperity.
The provincial minister said the entire nation remained united for the protection of Pakistan’s integrity and sovereignty. He stressed that the country’s development, stability and prosperity were a shared responsibility of all citizens.
Sher Ali Gorchani reaffirmed his resolve that the nation would continue to play its role with unity, determination and dedication to further strengthen Pakistan and promote its development, prosperity and stability.
