Multan: A flag-hoisting ceremony was held at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology (MNS-UET), Multan, to mark the 80th Independence Day of Pakistan. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tauseef Aizad hoisted the national flag at the ceremony, which was attended by Registrar Asim Umar, faculty members, officers and employees of the university.
The participants expressed their patriotic spirit by raising enthusiastic slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ and reaffirming their commitment to the progress and prosperity of the country. Special prayers were offered for the security, stability, development, prosperity and well-being of Pakistan. The participants also expressed their resolve to continue playing their role with dedication and sincerity for the progress and development of the country.
The ceremony concluded with a renewed pledge to uphold the national spirit and contribute towards building a peaceful, prosperous and progressive Pakistan.
