Faisalabad: Member Punjab Assembly (MPA) Mian Tahir Jameel said that the overwhelming victory of Pakistan Muslim
League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidates in the second phase of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) elections reflected complete confidence of the people in the government’s policies.
In a statement, he said that the election results had once again demonstrated that the PML-N remained most popular political party of the country.
He said that the party’s leadership had consistently taken practical steps for the development, prosperity and welfare of people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that the party would continue its journey of public service with great commitment to fulfill the trust reposed in it by the people and it would make every possible effort for the welfare and progress of AJK residents.
