Kohat: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz, paid a surprise visit to the Service Delivery Center on Tuesday to review the facilities being provided to the general public.
During his visit, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the citizens present at the center and directly inquired about the quality of services being offered. He also listened to the issues and difficulties faced by the people in accessing these services.
The DC inspected various departments of the facility and checked the attendance and overall performance of the staff. He issued strict directives to the relevant officials to ensure the timely, transparent, and quality delivery of services to the public. He emphasized that citizens’ grievances must be resolved on a priority basis.
Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Nawaz reiterated that providing better facilities to the masses in government institutions and ensuring the prompt redressal of their problems remain the top priorities of the district administration.
