Nawabshah: District Health Officer (DHO) Shaheed Benazirabad, Dr. Mudassar Hussain Domki, in an important message regarding polio awareness and immunization,highlighted the significance of timely vaccination for children.
During the ongoing polio booster dose campaign, Dr. Domki’s twin daughters were administered the fIPV booster dose through a jet injector in Hyderabad.
On August 29, the polio outreach team of District Hyderabad vaccinated the children at an outreach site as part of the campaign. This initiative reflects the commitment of district health department to ensure that every eligible child is protected against polio through timely and complete immunization.
Parents and caregivers have been strongly urged to fully cooperate with polio vaccination teams and ensure that all eligible children receive the recommended polio vaccines during every campaign. Health department reiterated its appeal to parents to actively support vaccination teams for safety and well-being of children.
