Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information, Science and Information Technology Shafi Jan on Saturday has directed the authorities concerned to timely complete arrangements for the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Conference in Kohat and ensure close coordination among all relevant departments.
He issued these directives while chairing a meeting at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Kohat to review preparations for the conference. Officials from the district administration and relevant departments briefed the meeting on administrative arrangements, proposed measures and coordination among government agencies.
The minister directed the officials to complete all necessary arrangements within the stipulated timeframe and avoid unnecessary delays at any stage. He stressed the need for close cooperation among all relevant departments to ensure that conference is held in an orderly and successful manner directing officials to complete their assigned responsibilities promptly.
