Sargodha: Executive Engineer (XEN) Kirana Division Irrigation Department Malik Imam Bakhsh ensured the provision of canal water to the tail-end areas of the division through effective strategy and constant monitoring to provide relief to local farmers. According to the irrigation department on Tuesday, he stated that the provision of water to the tail-ends remained the department’s top priority and all possible measures were being taken to achieve this goal. He said that field officers and staff had been issued specific directives to ensure merit, transparency, and a fair distribution system while the situation of water flow was being monitored continuously.
