Abbottabad: Following the directives of Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram, Additional Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Afshan Rehman conducted a detailed inspection of the Service Delivery Center and other revenue offices at the New Tehsil Building to review the ongoing computerization of land records and measures aimed at improving revenue services.
During the visit, she inspected the Service Delivery Center, Tehsildar Office, Land Acquisition Branch, Domicile Branch, Sub-Registrar Office and other relevant sections. She reviewed the performance of various counters, including those dealing with Fard (Record of Rights), mutation and registration, and assessed the quality of revenue services being provided to the public.
Afshan Rehman also interacted with citizens visiting the offices, listened to their complaints and suggestions, and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials for improving service delivery standards.
She emphasized the importance of ensuring the timely provision of revenue services, maintaining transparency, enhancing public facilitation, and further strengthening the computerization of land records. She directed the relevant authorities to ensure the prompt resolution of public grievances and improve the efficiency of revenue-related services.
