Sargodha: A man died after falling from a hill while visiting the Chambal tourist site in the jurisdiction of Katha Sukhral police on Monday.
According to Rescue 1122, the deceased was identified as Muhammad Faraz(33) r/o Civil Lines, Sargodha. He had travelled to the Jouharabad hilly area on the invitation of his friend Tanveer.
Rescue officials said Faraz was sightseeing when he reportedly lost his footing and fell from a height, He died on the spot before rescuers could provide medical assistance.
Further investigation was underway.
