Faisalabad: The dolphin force has arrested 1, 877 criminals including 175 proclaimed offenders and 112 court absconders during the current year.
According to police sources here Monday, the force also held 391 record holders, 118 outlaws, 817 drug traffickers.
As many as, 149 law breakers were held over one-wheeling, kite flying, and fireworks , while 115 dacoits and thieves were also arrested during the year.
During snap checking, the dolphin force teams checked over 2 million people, 1. 78 million motorcycles and 445, 772 other vehicles. They also traced and arrested the outlaws through e-police app, picket points and Intelligence based information.
Under community policing, 1826 citizens were provided assistance.
