Kohat: A man was shot dead by unidentified assailants on OTS Road near Jungle Khel area of Kohat on Saturday, police sources said.
According to official sources, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a man identified as Abdul Khaliq while he was on OTS Road. He sustained multiple bullet wounds and died at the scene.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and shifted the victim’s body to a nearby hospital.
Police also reached the scene, cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the killing and trace and arrest the assailants.
