Lahore: Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Azma Bokhari on Monday said that the provision of clean drinking water was continuing across Punjab and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz had chaired fifth consecutive meeting on the issue.
Talking to the media, the minister said thousands of litres of free bottled water were being delivered door-to-door to residents of remote areas of Punjab.
Azma Bokhari said the Punjab government was taking practical measures to ensure access to clean drinking water.
She maintained that the provincial government would continue working for public welfare and addressing issues affecting citizens across Punjab.
