Sukkur: The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU) Sukkur on Wednesday has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CREECO Pvt. Ltd. Islamabad to advance climate innovation and sustainable development.
The MoU was signed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj and CEO CREECO Pvt. Limited Muhammad Siddique.
Under the agreement, both institutions will collaborate in applied research, climate-smart technologies, renewable energy, biodiversity conservation and student engagement.
The partnership also envisages the establishment of a Climate and Biodiversity Innovation Park and joint work on innovative solutions including waste to energy, biomass, biogas, biochar and carbon sequestration.
The initiative is part of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj’s efforts to strengthen industry academia linkages and promote sustainability-driven innovation, reaffirming BNBWU’s commitment to green innovation and sustainable development.
