The minister. during meetings with various delegations belonging to industries and commerce sectors. termed industrial development as the basis of economic development of Sindh. said a statement issued here.
Providing a conducive environment to investors and industrialists for the promotion of the industrial sector in Sindh is among the main priorities of the government. he said. adding that timely resolution of issues faced by industrial establishments. improvement in business facilities and effective coordination between relevant departments are essential to accelerate the process of industrial development.
The provincial minister directed the concerned officers to further improve the effective and speedy mechanism for resolving the grievances of industrialists and the business community. while special attention should be paid to providing basic facilities in industrial areas and resolving the issues faced by existing industrial units.
Jam Ikramullah Dharejo highlighted the vast opportunities for industrial development in terms of natural resources. manpower. geographical location and trade prospects. saying that the government will provide all possible support to encourage new investment in various industrial centers of the province besides stabilizing existing industries and increasing productivity.
