Gujrat: The Deceased Care Service has been formally launched at all public hospitals in Gujrat district to provide free transportation of deceased persons to their homes. According to Rescue 1122 officials, the service is being provided under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Engineer Umar Akbar Ali Ghuman. Under the initiative, deceased persons from public hospitals will be transported to their homes in a safe and dignified manner.
The service aims to facilitate bereaved families by providing them with free and timely transportation. Citizens can avail themselves of the service by contacting Rescue 1122 at helpline 1122 at any time.
