Haripur: Assistant Commissioner Haripur Noor Nawaz on Monday directed officials to ensure the prompt resolution of public issues, courteous treatment of citizens and timely delivery of government services while inspecting the Haripur Facilitation Centre.
During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner reviewed the overall functioning of the Facilitation Centre, inspected the provision of various public services and examined administrative arrangements. He also checked staff attendance and visited different service counters, where he interacted with citizens to obtain feedback on the quality of services being provided and to learn about any difficulties they were facing.
Noor Nawaz also conducted a detailed review of the standard of service delivery and the availability of public facilities. He instructed the concerned staff to address public complaints on a priority basis, deal with visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all government services are provided in accordance with prescribed procedures and within the stipulated time so that citizens can benefit from efficient and effective public service delivery.
