Lahore: Nishtar Colony police arrested on Saturday a rickshaw driver for torturing and raping a young girl.
According to the police, the accused was traced at Bank Stop here with the help of human intelligence and arrested. According to SP Model Town Asad Ali, the victim girl is a worker in a private mall on Link Road and had boarded a rickshaw to go home after duty.
According to the police, the accused allegedly threatened to kill the girl and took her to a house on Aashiana Road, where he tortured and allegedly raped her.
