Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif paid tribute to Crime Control Department (CCD) Inspector Adnan Ghauri, who embraced martyrdom while performing his duties in Rawalpindi, and expressed her heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family.
In her message on Wednesday, the CM paid homage to the sacrifice of the martyred police officer and prayed for the elevation of his ranks and patience for the bereaved family to bear the loss.
CM Maryam Nawaz said the sacrifices rendered by police personnel in the line of duty would always be remembered and their services for the protection of the people were highly valued.
She expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and assured them that the sacrifices of their loved ones would not be forgotten.
