Sialkot: Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) marked Pakistan’s Independence Day with a series of commemorative activities held at the airport.
Chairman SIAL Abdul Ghafoor Malik, Vice Chairman SIAL Syed Shahid Raza, esteemed Members of the Board of Directors, CEO SIAL AVM Tanweer Ashraf Bhatti (R), and the SIAL management participated in the celebrations.
The day commenced with a flag-hoisting ceremony held outside the international terminal, followed by a formal ceremony at the International Departure Lounge.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman SIAL Abdul Ghafoor Malik stated that the Nation marks Independence Day with profound gratitude, remembering the untiring and unprecedented sacrifices rendered by our forefathers for the creation of Pakistan.
He expressed pride in the SIAL team and Federal agencies deployed at the airport, appreciating their continued dedication and tireless efforts in ensuring the best possible services/facilities to the passengers travelling through Sialkot Airport.
