Khanewal: A minor girl was killed after being struck by a train while crossing a railway track in Abdul Hakim, Khanewal district on Monday.
According to sources, the deceased, identified as Tania, was crossing the railway track when she came under the wheels of an approaching train and died on the spot.
Local police reached the scene and completed the necessary legal formalities.
The body was later handed over to the family.
